CONESEP® Condensate Polishing plant ordered by ALSTOM Poland for their new 400MW Supercritical Power Plant at Lagisza, Poland

We are pleased to announce receiving an order from ALSTOM, Poland for the design and supply of a 960m3/hr Condensate Polishing Plant for LAGISZA 400MW Supercritical power plant being built in southern Poland.

Our proprietary and world renowned CONESEP® resin separation and regeneration technology will be incorporated into the condensate polishing plant due for delivery in October 2007.

Externally regenerated condensate polishing is normally employed within high pressure condensate circuits to protect against condenser leaks and maintain very high levels of purity. The CONESEP® system is unique to Christ Kennicott having been developed in the 1980’s and licensed to leading water treatment contractors around the globe ( China, India, Korea, and USA)

Our ability to source equipment locally through our sister company BWT Polska in Warsaw was also a positive contribution and reflects the ‘added value’ that the Christ Group can offer customers.

Main scope of supply:

  • 2 x 100% Pre-filters
  • 3 x 50% Mixed Bed Polishers ( 2400mm dia )
  • 1 x CONESEP®  System
  • Lot x Interconnecting pipework
  • Lot x Regeneration and Effluent neutralisation systems
  • Lot x Automation Software and HMI’s

We are proud to be associated with ALSTOM Power on this project, and look forward to supporting them on future projects in Poland and around the world.
